Finalist at "I Profumi di Boboli 2020 Contest in Italy  
 
In the morning a young woman takes the red silk sari in her hands. She slowly brings it closer to her face captured by the fragrance it seems to emanate. At the moment she feels transported to the day before; the day of her wedding. The light fabric caresses her skin. Intense perfume of orange marigolds from their wedding garlands mixes with that of the roses and jasmine bathed in the morning light. The warm and intense smell of spices, cheering voices and songs, swirls of incense that rise in the air. The cool relief that the unexpected monsoon brings. The luminous silk seems to have absorbed every color, every scent of that day as if it were woven into its subtle weave.
